Legoland Windsor has updated its royal scene to include a miniature version of the Duke and Duchess of Cambridges new baby, Princess Charlotte.

The model Charlotte was unveiled on Tuesday (5 May), joining her parents and older brother Prince George outside Buckingham Palace at the theme parks Miniland attraction.

Today at the Legoland Windsor resort we have welcomed the new royal baby in miniature into our lego royal family in our world famous Miniland attraction, said Legoland Windsor PR manager, Lauren Moss.

The scene that our very talented team of model makers have created took the team 24 hours to build and theyve created a seven centimetre tall double buggy for the new royal and shes made up of just three tiny lego bricks, added Moss.

Prince William and Kate named their newborn daughter Charlotte Elizabeth Diana, a choice that honours the babys late grandmother Princess Diana and her great-grandmother Queen Elizabeth.

Charlotte, fourth in line to the British throne behind George, William and grandfather Prince Charles, was born on Saturday (2 May) in St Marys Hospital, London.
