His "pipe dream" came true when Australian biker Robbie "Maddo" Maddison accomplished a rare feat by surfing massive waves on his amphibious dirt bike.

The 34-year-old stuntman used a KTM 350cc two-stroke dirt bike, which was made water-rideable by attaching small platforms to the front and rear tyres.

Sponsored by DC Shoes, the project took over two years to become a reality. Watch the behind-the-scenes trailer of the project, titled as 'Behind the Dream'.

Maddo had earlier performed several other stunts, including jumping his bike onto the top of the 96-foot-high Arc de Triomphe at Paris Las Vegas hotel and another moto-x leap over 280-foot-wide Corinth Canal in Greece.
