As "Revenge" Season 4 heads towards the finale, speculations have started going the rounds that the popular television series could come to an end. The apparent death of Victoria Grayson (Madeleine Stowe) has added fuel to rumours of producer Sunil Nayar ending the ABC thriller.

In "Revenge" episode 20 titled "Burn", Grayson Manor is seen exploding and engulfed in flames with Victoria Grayson inside. The scene shocked the fans of the series, sparking off rumours that the series could be cancelled after the finale.

Producer Sunil Nayar has also caused curiosity by revealing the finale will be heartbreaking.

"People will understand exactly where they stand in the finale," Nayar told TV Guide. "We'll really tap into what the world means now that she's Amanda Clark and that he's Jack Porter and ... it's heartbreaking in some ways and really satisfying in others."

Interestingly, TV Line has also reported that "Revenge" could be crapped all together after the final episode and replaced by a new show. 

Meanwhile, potential spoilers of "Revenge" episode 21 titled "Aftermath" have hinted that Victoria Grayson could be alive with the official synopsis of ABC series stating that the protagonist could rise from the wreckage. And image of the episode also has Jack Porter (Nick Wechsler) with a shocked look.

According to TV Line, "Aftermath, deals with the fallout from a devastating fire at a yet-unknown Hampton residence. What I do know, however, is that both Emily and David will try to enter the home looking for answers — and they'll both be turned away by the authorities."
