In an career spanning four years, Dulquer Salmaan has become an established actor, with some great performances in both Malayalam and Tamil entertainment industries.
Recently, there were reports claiming the "OK Kanmani" actor would be seen romancing actress Hansika Motwani in a bilingual project by Hari Shankar and Hareesh Narayanan. The movie was to be a production venture of Vision I Medias. However, a source close to Dulquer denied the reports. "There are reports of Dulquer pairing up with Hansika Motwani in a Tamil project by Hari Shankar and Hareesh Narayan. It is a fake news," the source told IBTimes India.
Even Hareesh has denied the rumours of teaming up with Dulquer for his next. "It's true that we pitched a story to the makers of 'Aranmanai'. Although we discussed approaching Dulquer and Hansika, we really haven't finalised anything yet. I don't know where these rumours come from," Hareesh told IANS.
In 2014, Hansika was rumoured to be part of Joshiy's Malayalam movie "Saddam Sivan" opposite Dileep. However, the actress later denied the rumours and confirmed that she was not part of any Malayalam film.
Meanwhile, after "Vaayai Moodi Pesavum" and "OK Kanmani", Dulquer, who enjoys a huge fan following in Tamil Nadu, was also approached for Mani Ratnam's upcoming movie, but the actor reportedly turned down the offer due to his tight schedule.
On the career front, Dulquer will next be seen in Sameer Thahir's "Kali" opposite "Premam"-fame Sai Pallavi, and will begin the filming of the second schedule of Rajeev Ravi's next, followed by the projects of Amal Neerad, Prathap Pothen and Anoop Sathyan.
