Visakhapatnam, Nov 10 (ANI): Fishermen in the coastal areas of Andhra Pradesh remain a worried lot concerning their livelihood as repeated warnings of rough weather by the meteorological department has rendered them unable to venture into the sea for over a month now. Sources from the meteorological department warn that a fresh low pressure is likely to form near the Andaman Sea between November 9 and 11 which may intensify into a cyclonic storm or severe cyclonic storm. The fishermen complain of not having received any kind of help by the state government. Earlier, cyclone Hudhud that smashed the coastline of Andhra Pradesh and Odisha and killed at least 25 people, left the panicked survivors struggling for basic necessities like food and water. According to the meteorological department, fishermen should stay away from the sea as strong winds are expected along the coast of Andhra Pradesh.
