More images of the hotly anticipated small car Kwid from the house of French auto maker Renault have emerged online, revealing the accessories of the model.

Renault Kwid is expected to go on sale in India anytime from now and the latest pictures of the model, which seem to have been taken at a dealer showroom, indicate that the car is close to being revealed. 

The auto buffs at Motoroids have shared the images of the new Renault Kwid, giving a clear picture of how the soon-to-be-launched Maruti Alto rival will look with its accessories on.

With the new Kwid, Renault will also be releasing over 60 different categories of accessories with as many as six customisation packs. The six accessory packs of Kwid include -- Smart Chrome, Intense Chrome, Luxury pack, Outdoor pack, Basic pack and Essential Pack.

While the exterior accessories of new Kwid include bumper corner protector, exhaust finishers, fog light enclosure, door handles, window visors, tail lights, boot lid ,alloy wheels, crossover-like roof racks and side moulding, for the cabin , the customers can choose from ambient lighting, fancy floor mats, seat cover , steering wheel cover and gear-shift chrome bezel.

Renault Kwid, a small hatch designed like an SUV is expected to be launched in four variants -- Standard, RxE, RxL and RxT. In India, the Kwid will be pitted against the current segment runners like Maruti Alto and Hyundai Eon and with over 90% localisation, Kwid is expected to get a price tag in the range of Rs 3 lakh to Rs 4 lakh.

The power will come from 799cc 3-cylinder petrol motor, which is tuned to churn out 54PS and a peak torque of 72Nm and Renault Kwid is tuned to offer the best-in class mileage at 25.17kmpl.

Renault Kwid will be available in five exterior body shades of Fiery Red, Ice Cool White, Planet Grey, Moonlight Silver and Outback Bronze. In terms of dimensions, the car measures 3679mm long, 1579mm tall and 1471mm wide. It has an impressive wheelbase of 2422mm and offers a ground clearance of 180mm.

The bookings for Kwid are open in the country and the models have started reaching the dealers. From the word around the internet, the deliveries of Kwid are expected to begin during the festive season this year.
