Praveen KL has started the editing work and he tweeted, "#Kabali mode." It is seen as an indication of the teaser release. Industry tracker Ramesh confirms with a post, "With Principal shooting done for #Kabali, Post-production / Editing is on.. FL Teaser expected anytime soon.(sic)"
While there is no confirmation on the release date, it is believed that the teaser of "Kabali" might appear before the audience in the second week of March. This would be the second big teaser release of this month after Suriya-starrer "24," which will be unveiled Friday, March 4.
The teasers of Rajinikanth's recent films had taken the Internet by storm and managed to generate good pre-talk. Not surprisingly, the audience have huge expectations from the latest teaser. As a result, "Kabali" team has huge responsibility of creating a perfect teaser, which will strike the chord instantly with the viewers across the nation.
However, the trailer and the audio of "Kabali" will be out in April.
"Kabali" is an action thriller that narrates the journey of an ageing don. Rajinikanth will be seen in the title role and he has paired up with Radhika Apte. Two-film-old Pa Ranjith has helmed the multilingual project and it is being produced by leading filmmaker Kalaipuli S Dhanu.
The shooting of "Kabali" was completed last month and the post-production works are happening in full swing. The Tamil film will hit the screens in May.
