New Delhi, Feb 26 (ANI): The Minister of State for Railways, Manoj Sinha said on Thursday that the rail budget for 2015-16 which will be presented in the Parliament today will bring smile to everyone. Sinha said that common man’s expectations will be fulfilled and expansion and modernization of railways will be seen. He added that passengers will be benefitted from the budget. Union Railway Minister Suresh Prabhu will present the Narendra Modi government’s first Railway Budget in the Parliament today.
