New Delhi, Nov 08 (ANI): After Congress Vice President Rahul Gandhi on Friday sent his response to the Election Commission's notice on his speeches negating the allegations, BJP Spokesperson Ravi Shankar Prasad said that Gandhi is targeting Muslim youth without any evidence. He questioned him if Gandhi had any proof on ISI approaching Muslim youths in Muzaffarnagar. Prasad also appealed the Election Commission to take serious note of the issue.
