Amethi, Dec 04 (ANI): In a visit to Amethi district of Uttar Pradesh Vice President of Congress, Rahul Gandhi, criticised the _Saansad Adarsh Gram Yojana_ (SAGY) (_adopt-a-village_ programme) introduced by the federal government. Gandhi hit out at the federal government for not providing funds for the implementation of this scheme.
