Raadhika Sarathkumar's daughter Rayane is all set to bid goodbye to single-hood soon! Yes, the daughter of yesteryear actress will be marrying cricketer Abhimanyu Mithun.
The news has been confirmed by Sarath Kumar, Rayane's stepfather, in a press release. The engagement ceremony will be held on 23 September in Chennai.
Radikaa Sarathkumar too confirmed the news on Twitter. "Special moment for my baby, need all your blessings," she posted.
Rayane and Abhimanyu Mithun reportedly first met during an Indian Premiere League (IPL) season. Their friendship soon blossomed into love. It may be recalled that there were lots of reports on their affair in the Tamil media.
To put an end to all the gossip, they have decided to tie the knot with the consent of their families. The marriage date is likely to be decided on the engagement day.
Rayane is the daughter of Raadhika Sarathkumar from her second marriage with British national Richard Hardy. She has completed her graduation from Leeds, England.
Abhimanyu Mithun is an international cricketer, who plays for the Indian team. He has played for Karnataka in Ranji Trophy and IPL team Royal Bangalore Challengers. The 25-year-old cricketer made his ODI debut against South Africa and test debut against Sri Lanka both in 2010.
