New Delhi, April 2 (ANI): Bollywood heartthrob Purab H Kohli along with the star cast and crew members took India's capital city New Delhi by storm during the promotion of the internationally acclaimed film 'Jal' that is set to hit the silver screen all over India on April 04. On the occasion the cast and crew of the film shared snippets from the movie with the media. Based on the backdrop of water paucity, Jal tells a complex and fascinating story of love, relationships, enmity, deceit and circumstances exposing the darker side of human character. A multiplatform American media brand,'The Hollywood Reporter' applauded Jal as “a breathtakingly photographed tragedy of Shakespearean proportions.” Speaking on the occasion, Kohli said that the plot revolves around Bakka who is gifted with the ability to find water in the desert. While the director, Mallik spoke about the appeal of the movie that makes it not just entertaining but personal to the audience. The promos of the movie also featured in the Cannes film festival last year. Jal was also the only Indian film featured in the prestigious Busan International Film Festival and was also the official selection in the Indian Panorama section at IFFI Goa.
