If you are eagerly waiting for the release of Vijay starrer "Puli", the latest update on the movie might cheer you up. As per the rumours, the makers of the flick are aiming for a 19 June release and are locking the date for a mass release.

Meanwhile, there were rumours that the first look poster of the movie would be out on Tamil New Year. But, sources claim that Vijay fans might have to wait more to catch a glimpse of the movie. The information was shared by Tamil film industry analyst and tracker Ramesh through his twitter handle.

There is more reason for fans to celebrate the movie as reports suggest that both Vijay and Shruthi Haasan have crooned a song in it. Vijay had turned singer many times before in his career and his latest songs "Selfie Pulla" from "Kaththi" and "Google Google" from "Thuppakki" were chart busters. The music of this upcoming flick is composed by Devi Sri Prasad.
