New Delhi, Dec 24 (ANI): After the law intern allegedly harassed by Former Supreme Court Judge AK Ganguly out-rightly hit back at his claim of innocence, TMC leader Saugata Roy said that though the process to remove him from WBHRC has been inititated, Ganguly should resign on moral grounds. He said that Ganguly's letter to the Chief Justice of India P Sathasivam denying all charges against him is meaningless and the party is not taking the same seriously.
