Everyone is well aware of the commitment that actor Prithviraj has for his films as he always made sure his films come out as best.
The celeb has now taken a new role in his upcoming film "Sapthamashree Thaskaraha:". Prithviraj, who is one of the producers and lead in this flick, also became stunt choreographer for his contemporary Asif Ali.
Though "Sapthamashree Thaskaraha:" is not an action film, the introductory scene of Asif is said to have action sequences.
"Stunt master of the film was not available on the day of shooting introductory scene of Asif Ali in the film. I am also not an expertise in setting up a stunt scene and was little worried about. That is when Prithvi came as a helping hand," said director Anil Radhakrishna Menon to Manorama Online.
"He came forward and said he would do the choreography for the scenes. I was also much relieved. Prithvi had given his best to choreograph those scenes," he added.
Prithviraj is one of those young actors in Malayalam cinema who did not shy away from doing action roles. He has done many action roles in films like "Stop Violence", "Sathyam", "Vargam", "Puthiya Mugham", "Pokkiri Raja", "Raavanan", "The Thriller", "Anwar", "Urumi", "Masters", "Mumbai Police", "Aurangazeb" and "Memories".
In the upcoming flick, Prithviraj will play the role of one of the thieves along with Asif, Nedumudi Venu, Neeraj Madhav, Sudheer Karamana, Salaam Bhukhari and Chemban Vinod.
"Both Asif and Prithvi are leading contemporary actors in Malayalam right now. The way they complimented each other is one of the amusing moment for all of us who were in the set," the director added.
He informed that, as the trailer indicates, the film will be a comedy entertainer with a simple story that can be enjoyed by individuals of all ages. In the movie, the actors will try their luck with popular Thrissur accent.
The film also has Reenu Mathews, Sanusha and Joy Mathew in pivotal roles.
The cinematography of the film is done by Jayesh Nair. The music is done by Rex Vijayan and the film is produced by Santhosh Sivan, Shaji Nadesan and Prithviraj under the banner of August Cinemas. The film is set to release on 6 September.
