The case of television actress Pratyusha Banerjee's death is getting murkier by the day. Recently, Justice Mridula Bhatkar heard the telephonic conversation between Pratyusha and her boyfriend Rahul Raj Singh during the hearing of the latter's anticipatory bail plea on Monday, April 25.

According to India Today report, the three-and-a-half-minute conversation took place an hour before the actress allegedly committed suicide at her apartment on April 1. Below is a part of the conversation that took place between the "Balika Vadhu" actress and Rahul, according to the publication.

Pratyusha: "Mujhe characterless kaha jaa raha hai. Mujhe marne ki dhamki di jaa rahi hai. Mere maa baap ko marne ki dhamki di jaa rahi hai. Bacha kya hai meri zindagi mein. (I have been called characterless. I'm getting death threats. My parents are getting death threats. What's left in my life now?)"

Rahul: "Yeh sab choti baatein hain. (All these are not a big deal)"

Pratyusha: "Aap isko choti si baat kaise bol sakte ho? (How can you say it's no big deal?) Mr. Rahul please keep your ego aside."

The report said that the actor-producer had disconnected the call after this, though Pratyusha was still speaking.

Recently, Mid-Day had revealed another part of the conversation, where Pratyusha had accused Rahul of cheating and creating differences between her and her parents.

Pratyusha: "You cheater, tumne mujhe cheat kiya hai, mujhe mere maa baap se alag kar diya, ab dekho main kya karne ja rahi hoon. (You cheater, you cheated on me. You separated me from my parents. Now see what I am going to do) [sic]."

Rahul: "What happened? I will talk to you once I reach home. I am on the way; till I reach, don't do anything [sic]."

The Bombay High Court, however, granted anticipatory bail to Rahul on Monday as there was no evidence that showed he had intentionally provoked Pratyusha to commit suicide. The court also ruled that fights between a couple cannot be considered under abetment to suicide.
