New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): Bharatiya Janata Party's chief ministerial candidate Kiran Bedi on Wednesday broke down during her roadshow in Krishna Nagar constituency, from where she is contesting her first ever election. The former IPS officer was seen taking off her glasses and wiping tears with a handkerchief. Bedi said that she is overwhelmed by the affection she has received from people and promised to return their love by serving them. Krishna Nagar constituency is being seen as BJP's stronghold in the upcoming Delhi assembly poll. The elections for the 70-member Delhi Assembly will be held in a single phase on February 7. India-Bhutan friendship car rally kicks off in Siliguri

Siliguri, Feb 04 (ANI): The three-day long Indo-Bhutan car rally covering Himalayan ranges kicked off on Wednesday (February 04) from Siliguri town in West Bengal. The rally has been organized by Friendship Car Rally Association of India and Bhutan Friendship Association to strengthen relations between the two neighbours. The car rally, which is being held after two years gap, would cover a distance of 850 kilometers and would culminate in Bhutan's capital, Thimphu. Twenty participants from India and ten from Bhutan are taking part in this mega event. The extremely challenging route of pristine foothills and forests crisscrossed by rivers and mountain streams and high Himalayan passes of altitude of up to 13000 feet make the drive thoroughly adventurous. Woman gangraped in Mumbai, three accused arrested

Mumbai, Feb 04 (ANI): A 21-year-old woman was gangraped in Mumbai, on the intervening night of Tuesday (February 03) and Wednesday (February 04), said police. All the three accused were arrested from the crime scene itself. The victim was on her way home when the culprits befriended her at the Reay Road railway station. The four boarded a local train together as the accused promised to drop her home safe. However, as they de-boarded the train at Cotton Green station, the accused threatened the victim and took her to a truck parking nearby, where they took turns to rape her. A police party which was patrolling in the area rushed to rescue the victim hearing her cries and arrested the three accused from the spot. The accused reportedly work at a goldsmith workshop, while the victim is a slum dweller. A medical examination of the victim confirmed rape. Feb 4, 2015

Delhi Police summon AAP leader over seized liquor bottles

New Delhi, Feb 04 (ANI): Election Commission (EC) officials seized 397 cartons of liquor from a warehouse in west Delhi, days before the national capital goes to polls on February 07. Acting on a tip off, a team of EC officials raided the warehouse near residence of AAP leader Naresh Balyan in Uttam Nagar area and seized liquor. Police indicated towards possibility of Balyan's involvement. Balyan is AAP's candidate from Uttam Nagar. Fuel prices reduced ahead of polls in Delhi

New Delhi/ Bengaluru/ Mumbai, Feb 04 (ANI): Fuel prices have been reduced by Rs 2.42 for Petrol and Rs 2.25 for Diesel with effect from the midnight of February 3rd and 4th. Indian Oil Corporation (IOC) said it would cut the retail price of diesel by about 4.7 percent and that of gasoline by 4.1 percent from Wednesday (February 04), as global prices have eased since the last revision. India, Bangladesh border talks kick off in Tripura
