New Delhi, Feb 07 (ANI): Social activist KN Govindacharya, who is also a Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh pracharak, on Saturday, said that moved the Election Commission against the advertisements by the political parties on the polling day in Delhi. Govindacharya said that people of Delhi are intelligent enough to choose the party for Delhi and that he has asked the poll panel to take note of the violation of model code of conduct.
