Tharoor was admitted in AIIMS after complaining of severe chest pain following his wife, Sunanda Pushkar Tharoor's death in Delhi's five-star hotel. Mumbai, Jan 18 (ANI): At least 18 people were killed and several wounded in a stampede that broke out on Saturday near the residence of Dawoodi Bohra spiritual leader Syedna Mohammed Burhanuddin. According to reports, the stampede took place near the Malabar Hill residence of Dr. Burhanuddin, who died on Friday, as people had gathered to pay homage to the spiritual leader. New Delhi, Jan 18 (ANI): Union Minister of State for Human Resource Development (HRD) Shashi Tharoor was admitted to the All India Institute of Medical Sciences after he complained of uneasiness and chest pain, hours after his wife Sunanda Pushkar was found dead in a hotel room on Friday. Tharoor was initially admitted to the ICU as a precautionary measure. He has now been moved out of the ICU and is in a normal ward. Tharoor's wife Pushkar was found dead in a Delhi hotel, a day after her Twitter spat with a Pakistani journalist Mehr Tarar, over an alleged affair with the minister.
