5-storey building collapsed in Mumbai, many feared trapped

Mumbai, Sep 27 (ANI): Atleast 5 injured and almost 25 are feared trapped under the debris of a five-storey BMC staff quarter building that collapsed near the Babugenu Market on Dockyard Road in Mumbai. The incident happened at 6:25 AM on Friday. Rescue operations were on after eight disaster control teams and ten fire tenders were rushed to the spot. Meanwhile, a former corporator Suresh Jadhav said that the authorities delayed the renovation work which caused the building to collapse. The residents are in shock and grief after the disaster. Jammu and Kashmir attack: Victim's kin mourns their loss

Jammu and Kashmir, Sep 27 (ANI): After the Kashmir attack by the militants disguised as Indian army, villagers giving their first-hand account of the twin assault that killed at least eight said that security lapses led to the attack. A group of three gunmen attacked a police station in Hiranagar village of Kathua district, killing five policemen. They then hijacked a truck and raided an army camp. One civilian was also killed.
