New Delhi, Jan 20 (ANI): The Delhi Police on Monday stopped Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal's car near Rail Bhawan, while he was on his way to North Block to sit on a dharna, outside Home Minister Sushilkumar Shinde's office. Kejriwal's demand is action against Delhi Police personnel for alleged negligence in performing their duty.
