He further said that in order to bring transparency in the system, internet is an important factor. Gurgaon, Oct 17 (ANI): A group of men allegedly armed with chains, iron rods and hockey sticks assaulted Delhi-Gurgaon expressway toll staff and looted Rs 1.85 lakh. The whole incident was caught on a CCTV camera, installed on the Gurgaon-Pataudi Road. The men came in a black Scorpio with a red beacon light, beat up the toll plaza staff, grabbed the cash and fled.
