New Delhi, Feb 28 (ANI): Nationalist Congress Party (NCP) is looking forward to form alliance with ruling Congress party in three states, ahead of the upcoming general elections. Even though the Congress has not stated anything, NCP leader D P Tripathi said that the talks are in process to come to a conclusion regarding the alliance in Goa, Gujarat and Odisha.
