Saharanpur, Mar 29 (ANI): The Uttar Pradesh police on Saturday arrested the leader and candidate of ruling Congress party, Imran Masood, who openly threatened to hack BJP's PM candidate Narendra Modi to pieces. A criminal case was registered against him on March 28 after a video of him threatening Modi went viral on the web. An FIR accused Masood, of violating the election code of conduct.
