Lucknow, April 25 (ANI): BSP chief and former Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Mayawati on Friday targeted the Congress party over its additional manifesto promising quota for Muslims hailing from other backward classes (OBC). In an attempt to outreach the minority community, the Congress has come forward with its additional manifesto in the middle of the ongoing General Elections, which talks about empowerment of minorities. The party has promised that it will work towards earmarking a quota of 4.5 percent for backward Muslims in the existing OBC reservations.
