Festive fervor grips Northeast as people come together to celebrate Christmas

Manipur/ Tripura, Jan 02 (ANI): Carols, Christmas trees, prayers and cakes…it was Christmas time again!! Things are improving in Manipur and the people celebrated the birthday of Jesus Christ, with enthusiasm. People from different faiths visited churches to offer prayers on the festival that sends out a message of love and brotherhood. Everybody wished for peace and prosperity in the region. In Tripura also, people from all religions came together to celebrate the festival with enthusiasm. Hundreds gathered at the Santir Rani church in Agartala to take part in the annual Christmas Eve midnight mass. Markets were crowded with people of all age groups buying gifts and cakes for their loved ones. Carol singing, dances, and other forms of merrymaking marked the occasion. North India shivers under grip of enduring cold wave

Arvind Kejriwal wins trust vote in Delhi Assembly

BJP slams price hike of non subsidized LPG cylinders

New Delhi, Jan 2 (ANI): Oil companies have increased the price of non-subsidized cooking gas (LPG) cylinders by Rs 220. Following the increase, a 14.2 kg non-subsidized cooking gas cylinder in Delhi will cost Rs 1,241, up from Rs 1,021. Madhyamgram rape victim's death triggers outburst against WB govt
