Bangalore/ Kolkata/ Chennai, June 26 (ANI): Members of the Bezbaruah Committee recently visited Bangalore, Kolkata and Chennai and hold meetings with representatives of the north-east community in a process to look at their concerns. Headed by M P Bezbaruah, a retired IAS officer, the committee was constituted by the Centre to examine various concerns of the people from Northeast living in different parts of the country. The committee, mandated to suggest suitable remedial measures, is in the final process of talking to all the stakeholders to take their view. Dixit along with state chief, Shivraj Singh Chouhan and health minister of Madhya Pradesh, Narottam Mishra launched the second phase of the campaign on Thursday in Bhopal city. Dixit has been selected as the brand ambassador for Madhya Pradesh government's 'Mamta Abhiyan' (Maternal and Child Health Campaign).
