New Delhi, March 15 (ANI): The Congress party on Saturday received criticism for naming two scam-tainted former ministers in its second list of candidates for the Lok Sabha polls. Former Railway Minister Pawan Kumar Bansal will contest from Chandigarh and former minister Subodh Kant Sahai will contest from Ranchi.
