Established in 1993, the museum building is modeled after an old storehouse in Kurazukuri style. The main attractions in the museum include life size replicas, and scale models of towns and buildings over the past 400 years. Visitors can literally experience the history of Tokyo by actually touching, feeling and walking over the Nihonbashi Bridge of the Edo period. Colourful bikes ride through Delhi roads raising awareness about Cancer

New Delhi, March 16 (ANI): Cricketer Gautam Gambhir flagged off a colourful bike and cycle rickshaw rally in New Delhi, in a bid to raise awareness about Cancer on Sunday. Environmentalist Sunita Narain was also present while flagging off Mega Cycling Carnival 2014. The participants along with kids who were either cancer patients or survivors turned their bikes in to the carnival float, donned their best of wardrobes, and joined the fun of whizzing down the track. India pauses search for missing Malaysian Airliner

Port Blair, March 16 (ANI): India on Sunday has put on hold its search for missing Malaysia Airlines flight MH370, at the request of the government in Kuala Lumpur, which wants to reassess the week-old hunt for the Boeing 777 that is suspected of being deliberately flown off course. India had been combing two areas - one around the Andaman and Nicobar Islands; and a second, further west, in the Bay of Bengal. Both operations have been suspended, but may yet resume, defence officials said.
