Police destroy Maoist camp, seize arms and ammunitions in Odisha

Gajapati, March 21 (ANI): Following tip offs from rebels under police custody, the police in Gajapati district of Odisha destroyed a Maoist camp and seized a huge cache of arms, ammunitions and explosives. The police initiated a raid in Maoist hideouts in the forests of Salimagochha and Therubadi in Gajapati district after receiving primary information from three female Maoists under custody, Nikita, Anita and Susan who were arrested from a camp on February 28. Police seized three rifles, a tiffin bomb, two magazines and more than 160 rounds of live cartridges. Mar 21, 2014
