Jammu, Aug 27 (ANI): Inspector General of BSF Jammu frontier, Rakesh Sharma on Wednesday informed that the first flag meeting between India and Pakistan post the ceasefire violations was held to resolve the issues at border. He further added that the meeting was held on primary level and it was decided that more such meetings would be held in near future to ensure peace at the border. The border officers' talks took place a day after the Directors General of Military Operations (DGMOs) had talked over the hotline on ways to de-escalate tensions along the Line of Control and the International Border. The Directors General of Military Operations (DGMO) of India and Pakistan had concluded their talks on a positive note. Politicos react as report blames former UPA govt for coal scam

New Delhi/Lucknow, Aug 27 (ANI): A follow up report by Comptroller and Auditor General (CAG) of India dealing with illegalities in coal scam got mixed reviews from politicians on Wednesday as it blamed the previous UPA government for tampering with the recommendations made by a screening committee in 2007 for allocation of coal blocks. Congress leader Manish Tewari said that for sixteen long years there were many Prime Ministers who allocated coal blocks, seeing that only a certain individual cannot be blamed.
