Politicians react as Shahi Imam backs Congress for 2014 polls

New Delhi, April 05 (ANI): The declaration by Imam of Jama Masjid, Syed Ahmed Bukhari to endorse the Congress party, triggered a row among many political parties on Saturday. BJP leader MJ Akbar said that the Muslim community needs development and not communal politics. Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP) leader Sudhindra Bhadoria condemned Bukhari’s action and said he has approached several parties in the past. However, Congress leader Satyavrat Chaturvedi justified Bukhari’s support and rather slammed Modi. Around 300 employees of Toyota Kirloskar Motor report back to work after stand-off

Bangalore, April 05 (ANI): Around 300 employees of Toyota Kirloskar Motor reported back to work in Bangalore as production at the plant continued in a ‘single shift’, still not being able to meet the high demand. Toyota Motor Corp's Indian unit temporarily closed the plants where some workers had stopped production lines to protest a delay in salary hikes after 10 months of negotiations. Addressing the mediapersons, Toyota Kirloskar Motor Vice-Chairman Shekar Viswanathan, confirmed that some employees have returned to work in the plant. Mouthwash overuse may lead to mouth and throat cancer

New Delhi, April 5 (ANI): A new study has revealed that using mouthwash more than three times a day increases the risk of mouth and throat cancer. The study found that poor oral health and failure to have regular dental checks increased the risk of mouth and throat cancer. India to launch more satellites to set up regional navigational systems

Sriharikota, April 05 (ANI): After successful launch of satellite from south-eastern coast in Bay of Bengal to boost navigational capabilities, Indian Space Research Organisation (ISRO) chief, K Radhakrishnan, said that two more such satellites will be launched. Addressing a news conference at Sriharikota in Andhra Pradesh, Radhakrishnan said the launch will depend on weather conditions.
