India makes efforts to send back Pakistani national who crossed border mistakenly

Jammu, Oct 12 (ANI): Officials of paramilitary Border Security Force (BSF) are making constant efforts to send back a Pakistani national who had crossed the border mistakenly and was caught in Jammu region. A resident of Lahore, the old man had come towards Indian side to collect some medicines but was caught by BSF personnel in the wake of exchange of gunfire along the de facto border with Pakistan. BSF has been maintaining a high-alert along the India-Pakistan international border following the recent gun shelling. Deputy Inspector General of BSF, BS Kasane, said the old man has been identified as Mohammad Nadeer and has proved to be innocent after intense investigation was conducted against him.
