Hooda_s reaction came after he was not allowed to speak at the foundation laying event here of 166 km Kaithal-Rajasthan border section of the National Highway-152/65. As per reports, the crowds started shouting and booing the Haryana CM as soon as he rose to speak. Hooda continued to speak but his speech was lost in the din of the crowd.
