Bangalore, June 12 (ANI): As the first flight of the AirAsia India, the first airline with foreign investment in India, is set to start flights on Thursday, CEO Mittu Chandilya said that they are not focused on market shares but the priority is to keep the fares low. Chandilya said that the AirAsia chose only certain cities for operation going by their belief on the cities. Congress protests against Delhi electricity crisis

New Delhi, June 12 (ANI): Congress workers on Thursday carried out protest against the ongoing electricity crisis in Delhi. The protest comes a day after Congress MLA Jai Kishan's hunger strike against the prolonged crisis. Woman allegedly gang-raped in Police Station in UP

Hamirpur, June 12 (ANI): A woman has allegedly been gangraped in Uttar Pradesh's Hamirpur by the Sub-inspector inside the station premises. The woman said that the she had gone to the police station to get her husband released but the Sub-inspector asked her for a bribe of Rs 20,000. The woman did not pay the bribe and was allegedly told that a false case would be lodged against her. She was later taken to a room by Sub-inspector where she was raped by the senior officer and three other policemen. The police have lodged an FIR and the Sub-inspector has been arrested. Campa Cola residents face eviction as deadline ends today

New Delhi, June 12 (ANI): The deadline for the residents of Campa Cola society in Mumbai to vacate their flats ends on Thursday. More than 100 residents who are living in the nine buildings have to vacate their apartments today following the Supreme Court order. The plea of residents of the building living there for years, located in suburban Worli, was rejected by the Supreme Court on Tuesday.
