New Delhi, July 25 (ANI): Police detained protesters protesting against UPSC demanding to scrap the CSAT in examination pattern, which is obstructing the Hindi medium students from getting selected. ACP of New Delhi SBS Tyagi said that forces were deployed to stop the agitated protesters. Police have also appealed to shut three metro stations considering the intense protest. Police used violent measures and beat protesters resisting to be detained and nearly 100 protesters have been detained. Chandigarh, July 25 (ANI): A police constable allegedly shot dead his wife near the gate of a Government Multi-specialty Hospital in Chandigarh on Friday, before turning the gun on himself.
