TISS scholar from Manipur found dead at his home in South Delhi

New Delhi/Bangalore, Nov 20 (ANI): A 33-year-old Manipuri scholar was found murdered at his home in Kotla area of South Delhi on Thursday morning. The deceased Zingran Kengoo was a PhD scholar from Tata Institute of Social Sciences (TISS). The body of the deceased was discovered by his house owner's son who found him lying in a pool of blood. According to the reports, Kengoo was found with a slit throat and his head almost beheaded. A knife was also recovered from the room where the incident took place. The body has been sent to the hospital for postmortem. Meanwhile, in Bangalore a 25-year-old Manipuri youth was allegedly assaulted by three people.
