MEA says India's relations with Nepal are friendly

Kathmandu, July 27 (ANI): MEA Spokesperson, Syed Akbaruddin, said relations between India and Nepal are civilized in nature and India was open for any sort of talks between the nations. Indian foreign minister Sushma Swaraj is on a three-day visit to Nepal starting Friday. Indian Prime Minister, Narendra Modi, is to visit Nepal on August 4 and 5 wherein during the trip he will address parliament and hold talks with the country's leaders. Kathmandu, July 27 (ANI): India's Foreign Minister Sushma Swaraj and her Nepalese counterpart Mahendra Bahadur Pandey have signed a Memorandum of Understanding on various projects. The MoU encompasses various projects ranging over issues of economic cooperation and bilateral relations as a step to further strengthen strategic partnership within the two countries. Artist in Odisha appeals for peace in Gaza conflict through sand art

Puri, July 27 (ANI): Urging Israel and Palestine to end the conflict and appealing for peace, world famous sand artist, Sudarsan Pattnaik, created a sand sculpture at Puri beach of Odisha. Pattnaik, who is India's fourth highest civilian award holder, created a five-feet high hand with 'Stop war' written on it and a pigeon holding 'a message of peace'. Politicians condemn communal violence over loudspeaker issue in Moradabad
