Hathras, Sep 03 (ANI): A dispute between two groups over ragging left two college students dead in Hathras city of Uttar Pradesh. The Deputy Inspector General of police, Satyendra Veer Singh, said on Wednesday (September 03) that an argument regarding ragging of a boy in college led to the dispute and the firing. The police are investigating and have registered a case against three students belonging to one of the groups. Following a Supreme Court Order ragging was banned in 2009.
