New Delhi, Oct 25 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi, who spent this Diwali with the soldiers of Siachen Glacier, will be meeting the media persons on Saturday, at a Diwali Milan function at Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) headquarters. The function that is the first of its kind where Prime Minister Modi will meet journalists after assuming the office will be attended by the party president Amit Shah along with other senior leaders. Birbhum/ Kolkata, Oct 25 (ANI): Villagers in Birbhum district of West Bengal attacked policemen and their vehicle on Friday, while state administration alleges that the attack was politically motivated. The assailants who attacked the police were armed with crude bombs, batons and other arms. The police reportedly fired few rounds in air to disperse the attacking mob. Regional Trinamool Congress Party leader Anubrata Mondal had earlier alleged that the state BJP workers were behind the attack on the police in Birbhum.
