New Delhi, Oct 12 (ANI): After heading meeting with National Crisis Management Committee on Sunday, Cabinet Secretary Ajit Seth said that the velocity of Cyclone Hudhud has come down to 90-100 kmph. He said that the casualty reported is three and has not increased till now. He said that there has been physical damage of mobile communication, electricity lines and roads for whose construction and relief, central government will provide with all possible help. He also said that as far as Andhra Pradesh is concerned, quick assessment will be done and restoration process will start after that. Indian army conducts mock drill in Poonch in wake of Pakistan firing

Poonch, Oct 12 (ANI): Indian army conducted mock drill in Poonch sector in Jammu and Kashmir to avoid any casualty during ceasefire violation by Pakistan. India and Pakistan exchanged gunfire across the Kashmir frontier on Saturday. Pakistani troops heavily shelled 15 border out posts and hamlets along the International Border overnight, leaving three persons injured, one of them seriously in Jammu district. After nine days of attacking each other with mortars and heavy machine guns, the two armies abruptly stopped fighting on Thursday night (October 09), although their governments kept up the war of words blaming the other of launching unprovoked fire. Poonch has reported 10 injuries and a death during the cross-border firing. India celebrates World Space Week to mark the success of Mars mission

India's first mission to Mars had entered orbit on September 24, making it the first Asian nation to reach the Red Planet.
