New Delhi, Oct 23 (ANI): Prime Minister Narendra Modi is visiting Siachen to spend time with soldiers on Diwali. He would then travel to Srinagar to spend time with the flood-affected people on the festival of lights. However, many politicos said that his visit to Kashmir has political undertones as it is coming ahead of the assembly elections in the state.
