New Delhi, Nov 18 (ANI): After Bharat Ratna awardee CNR Rao claimed politicians to be 'idiots' for not giving adequate funds for science, I and B Minister Manish Tewari said that it may be true that India is giving less funds in the fields of science, but it is these politicians who conferred a scientist for Bharat Ratna. He said that India obviously values science and its imminence.
