New Delhi, Sep 22 (ANI): Even as yoga guru, Baba Ramdev pointed a finger towards the Congress led UPA Government for his "illegal" detention in London recently, Congress Leader, Harish Rawat on Sunday said that politically motivated Ramdev was ssing ghosts of the party in every situation.
