New Delhi, June 15 (ANI): Policemen on Sunday paid tribute to late traffic constable Manna Ram who died in Moti Nagar in a road rage incident on Saturday. The traffic constable was mowed down by the accused, Raman Kant, in Moti Nagar following a heated argument, after Ram tried apprehending Kant for driving on the wrong side of the road. Trying to evade Ram, the accused dragged the constable for over 200 meters, which led to his tragic death.
