Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire: Mega Audino Confirmed [Video]

Close on the heels of the recent leak that the upcoming video game Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire is likely to get coupe of Mega Evolved Pokemon - namely Mega Slowbro and Mega Audino, a new trailer has now confirmed that the game is all set to get Mega Audino.

However, there is still no official confirmation for Mega Slowbro.

The Pokemon is of Normal/Fairy type and is rightly suited to battle Mega Evolved Dragons like Garchomp and Salamance. And in her Mega Evolved form, there will be huge boost to her defence, special defence and healing ability, reported Attack of the Fanboy.

Until now, GameFreak and The Pokemon Company have released 9 Mega Evolved Pokemon for Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire.

It has been speculated that Mega Slowbro will be the next Pokemon to be revealed, since Slowbro has been quite popular with fans as they have some funny gif images on him. Audino was not popular with them however.

Players who buy the game early will have more to show off since they will take home an "incredibly rare" Pokemon - Shiny Beldum holding a Mega Stone. The Shiny Beldum will also evolve into Shiny Metang and then a Shiny Metagross. Players will be able to use Mega Stone and Mega Evolve Shiny Metagross into Shiny Mega Metagross, GameSpot reported.

Players will also be able to bag Cosplay Pikachu, if they enter Pokemon Contest Spectacular at the Hoenn region. Here, players have to test their Pokemon in these categories:

• Coolness
• Beauty
• Cuteness
• Cleverness
• Toughness

Cosplay Pikachu is a notch up of normal Pikachu. It can learn things that normal Pikachu cannot learn. Cosplay Pikachu will be able to change according to its costume. Like a Pikachu Rock Star will know a Steel-type move Meteor Mash.

The trailer shows Pokemon like Mega Salamence, Mega Lopunny, and Mega Altaria in action.

Pokemon Omega Ruby and Pokemon Alpha Sapphire will be released on 21 November, 2014 for Nintendo 3DS and 2DS only.
