Feraligatr will come with the Hidden Ability of Sheer Force. Though this ability will remove the additional effects of the Pokemon's attacks, they will damage others by 30%. It has three moves -- Screech, Punch, Crunch, and Waterfall. This won't cause additional effect but will be bringing huge damage.

Meganium will come with the Hidden Ability of Leaf Guard. This ability will shelter the Pokemon from status condition when there is harsh/extremely harsh sunlight. Its moves include - Solar Beam, Sunny Day, Synthesis and Body Slam.

It must be noted that players will be able to get these Pokemon only once, according to the post in the official Pokemon website.

How to get them?

Players who have accessed Pokemon Bank with either Pokemon X and Y or Pokemon ORAS need to use Pokemon Link from either of the these games but only one Pokebank will be read.

This service begins from 27 February, 2015.

Pokemon Bank

Pokemon Bank is a paid service where players will have to shell out $4.99 annually. It provides its users a dropbox system with the ability to transfer Pokemon from one game to another, without the need to trade. However, it does not allow its users to trade items like mega stones and hence all similar items are stuck in the original game unless the users trades them.

iDigitalTimes opines that the timing of this distribution event is interesting since players get these Johto starters until November and there is a possibility of a new Pokemon game.
