New Delhi, Jan 04 (ANI): A day after Prime Minister Manmohan Singh gave an annual speech about all the works done by Congress during its tenure, BJP Spokesperson Shahnawaz Hussain said that the press conference was to give Rahul Gandhi a safe passage. He said that PM acknowledges that Congress failed to work efficiently and thereby he validated all the blames put by opposition on the ruling Congress.
