New Delhi, Oct 31 (ANI): Despite opposition from the Tamil Nadu Assembly, PM Manmohan Singh is likely to go to Colombo for the Commonwealth Heads of Government Meeting (CHOGM) reportedly. CPI leader D Raja said that the central government cannot ignore the unanimous resolution passed by the Tamil Nadu Assembly, since Congress was a party to the resolution in Tamil Nadu. He also added that the PM must decide and spell out his stand.
