New Delhi, Dec 03 (ANI): Even as the UPA Government is set to table the controversial Communal Violence Bill, among other important bills in the Parliament's forthcoming Winter Session, Prime Minister, Manmohan Singh on Tuesday sought cooperation of all segments of both hoses to ensure smooth functioning of the session.
