Jaipur, Sep 21 (ANI): Prime Minister Manmohan Singh on Saturday laid the foundation stone for the Metro Rail phase-1B in Jaipur, and also dedicated to the nation a solar power plant constructed under Jawahar Lal Nehru Solar Mission.
